What you really need most when you have one intricately carved ‘dram’ table … is another to match. This one, celebrating memorable trips to Peru and Brazil, records twenty one animals [and even more leaves than the last table] all seen and photographed by the client … and there were many for which we simply didn’t have the space.
Like the gorilla on its partner table, the jaguar’s expression was a challenge to capture; the disdainful look on the giant river otter’s face is a delight, and the sloth … well clearly life is good, hang in there, be happy.
